Virtuoso Schematic Editor
Virtuoso Layout Suite
Responsibilities will include:
Conduct root cause analysis and provide resolution to customer technical issues
Communicate customer requirements and feedback to R&D and Product Engineering for issue resolution and to improve product features and quality
Create knowledge documents
Conduct technical presentations, technical training, and product demonstrations
